Yes. We offer paid samples for most product lines, with the sample cost credited back against your first bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 7-10 days plus shipping.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% advance with order confirmation and 70% before shipment against a copy of the Bill of Lading, though terms can be adjusted for repeat buyers. We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) for large orders.
Can products be customized?
Most product lines support customization of size, color, material finish, and private-label packaging or branding, subject to minimum quantities. Contact us with your requirement for a feasibility check and quote.
What is the typical lead time?

Do you provide quality certifications?

How is the shipment packaged for export?
All products are export-packed with appropriate protective materials (poly bags, corner protectors, palletization) suited to ocean or air freight, as detailed on each product's packaging specification.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We commonly quote FOB (Nhava Sheva / Mundra) and CIF terms. EXW and DDP can also be arranged for select destinations — ask your account manager for a quote.
Do you work with small and first-time importers?
