A Clear Process, Start to Finish

No guesswork. No ambiguity. Here is exactly what happens when you place an order through Asra Global — and what to expect at each stage.

Seven Steps from Requirement to Delivery

This is a typical order cycle. The exact timeline varies by product category, order size, and sample requirements — we'll give you a specific timeline with your quotation.

1

Share Your Requirement

Tell us what you need — product category, approximate quantity, quality level, target price (if you have one), and any specifications. A reference photo, mood board, or existing product is helpful but not required. We respond within 24 hours with initial feasibility and next steps.

2

Sampling

We identify the most suitable verified suppliers from our network and arrange samples. For standard items, we share photos and specs of existing stock samples first — if approved, physical samples can be shipped. For custom orders, we manage a production sample process. Sample costs vary and are typically credited against the bulk order.

3

Quotation & Negotiation

Once a sample is approved, we provide a detailed quotation including: unit cost, packaging specification, carton dimensions and weights, FOB Agra/Jaipur/Mumbai price (or CIF to your port), and our service fee. All charges are listed separately — nothing is hidden. We negotiate with suppliers on your behalf to achieve the best viable price.

4

Order Confirmation & Production

On agreement of the proforma invoice and receipt of the advance payment, production begins. We confirm the production schedule and provide periodic updates — including photo documentation of work in progress for larger or custom orders.

5

Quality Inspection

Before goods are packed, we conduct a pre-shipment quality inspection — checking quantity, specifications, finish, and packing. You receive an inspection report with photos and/or video. If any issues are found, we work with the supplier to resolve them before shipment is approved.

6

Shipping & Export Documentation

Once goods are approved, we coordinate packing, loading, and handover to the freight forwarder. We prepare and review all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, quality certificates, and any product-specific compliance documentation required for your destination country.

7

Delivery & After-Sales Support

We share all shipping documents promptly and remain your point of contact until goods are received and confirmed. If any post-delivery issue arises, we manage the resolution with the supplier directly — you don't have to navigate that conversation alone.
