These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Asra Global website and the submission of enquiries and requests for quotation. Please read them carefully. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.
Asra Global is a B2B sourcing and export agency operating from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. We act as an intermediary between international buyers and Indian manufacturers and artisan producers. We are not a retailer and this website is not a consumer-facing e-commerce platform.
Asra Global provides sourcing, procurement, quality inspection, and export coordination services for international B2B buyers. We do not manufacture goods ourselves. Our role is to identify suitable verified suppliers, negotiate on your behalf, manage the sampling process, and oversee production, quality, and export documentation.
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation from Asra Global does not constitute a binding contract or commitment to purchase.
All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until a proforma invoice is formally confirmed. Prices are quoted on FOB, CIF, or EXW terms as specified in each quotation. Price quotations are not a guarantee of supply — availability is confirmed at order confirmation stage.
Payment terms are specified in the proforma invoice for each order. Standard terms are 30% advance on order confirmation, with the balance payable before shipment. Payment is by international bank transfer (SWIFT/TT). Goods will not be released for shipment until full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Physical samples dispatched to the buyer are charged at cost (production + shipping) unless otherwise agreed. Sample costs may be credited against confirmed bulk orders above a stated minimum order value. Samples remain the property of the supplier until the relevant bulk order is confirmed. Custom samples produced to the buyer's specification may not be resold or shared with third parties.
We conduct pre-shipment inspections on all bulk orders. However, handmade goods have inherent natural variation — minor differences in colour, dimension, and finish between the approved sample and production units are characteristic of artisan manufacture and do not constitute defects. Material defects or significant deviations from specification will be documented and remedied before shipment, or compensated according to the terms agreed in the proforma invoice.
Custom designs, artwork, and specifications provided by the buyer remain the buyer's intellectual property. By providing custom design materials, you confirm you have the right to use and share them. Asra Global will not share your designs with third parties without your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asra Global's liability is limited to the value of the confirmed order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from delays, force majeure events, shipping carrier failures, or import complications in the buyer's country.
Neither party shall be in breach of these Terms as a result of any failure or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, export/import restrictions, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
